H. Essers receives series tipping silo tankers
H. Essers again chooses to cooperate with LAG Trailers. The Belgian logistical enterprise extends its impressive fleet with a new series of tipping silo trailers. In 5 years’ time, both companies’ cooperation accounted for nearly 250 vehicles.
Both companies in Limburg, Belgium have been working together for several decades and there seems to be no end in sight. Since 2015, just under 250 LAG vehicles have found their way to Genk. Silo trailers make up a big part of this number.
LAG's expertise should not be underestimated in this undertaking. The tank builder is the Benelux market leader in this product niche. Of the most recent type of bulk trailers, 79 have already ended up at H.Essers.
The latest series of LAG bulk trailers for H.Essers has been adapted in key parts for the transporter. In order to avoid the transported goods being stuck together, LAG connects the bypass hose to the pressure outlet of the bulk trailer. This reduces the temperature in the tank considerably and will therefor reduce the aforementioned risk.
All silo tankers are equipped with a manually operated tipping valve with remote control as well as a hose rupture protection.
H.Essers' extensions to the standard type ensure that the semi-trailers can operate independently of the tractor unit while reducing hazards to goods and vehicle.
