Subsidiary

CIMC Intermodal Equipment NL, or CIENL for short, is the LAG Group's newest assembly plant. After the completion of the investment in 2021, all types of container chassis from LAG's intermodal portfolio are assembled in series production at the Dutch site in Pijnacker.

Creating Intermodal Excellence

As part of LAG's Global Supply Strategy, CIENL is realising capacity growth within the LAG Group for the production of chassis for tank and sea containers. The know-how and innovations of the parent company LAG Trailers contribute to the high-quality production of the diverse chassis range. "Creating Intermodal Excellence" is not just a slogan, but a goal in itself. And this is what LAG Trailers is striving for in all its facets.

Logistical advantage

CIENL is ideally located. We are just a stone's throw away from the main motorways (A4, A12 and A13) and close to the container hubs in the regions of Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Utrecht. The ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp are also within easy reach.
